This Privacy Policy applies to Terra Rex Energy ("Terra Rex," "we," "us," or "our"), a solar installation company headquartered at 398/4 Wajidpur, beside Utsav Motel, Yes Bank Building, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, and to the website terrarexenergy.com and any related mobile app (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and some information automatically:

• Contact & site details — name, mobile number, email, address, and district, when you submit an enquiry, request a quote, or apply as a partner.
• Account & verification — your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) to verify it, used to create and secure your customer/partner account.
• Solar system details — your electricity bill amount, system type/capacity preferences, and (where applicable) your Consumer Account (CA) number, used to prepare quotes, subsidy applications, and Discom coordination.
• Referral & payout details — if you join our Loyalty or Partner referral programs, we collect your referral activity and, when a payout is due, your bank account number and IFSC code to process the transfer.
• Usage data — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working correctly, and (where enabled) via analytics tools to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule site visits and installations.
• To process government subsidy applications (such as PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana) on your behalf with the relevant authorities and DISCOMs.
• To operate your customer account, including OTP-based login and session security.
• To track, verify, and pay out Loyalty and Partner referral rewards.
• To send you service updates, installation status, and — only where you've agreed — offers or promotions.
• To improve our website and services, and to detect and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run our business:

• Zoho CRM — to manage your enquiry, installation, and support record.
• Exotel — our SMS provider, used only to deliver OTP verification codes to your phone.
• Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure provider.
• Banking partners / payment processors — solely to transfer referral payouts and, where you opt for EMI financing, to process your loan application with our financing partners.
• Government portals and DISCOMs — as required to submit and track your solar subsidy application.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose information.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you securely logged in to your customer/partner account. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
