1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using terrarexenergy.com, requesting a quote, creating an account, or participating in our Loyalty or Partner programs (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Quotes, estimates, and the solar calculator

Any price, EMI, savings, ROI, or subsidy figure shown on this website — including results from our Solar Calculator — is an indicative estimate only, based on the inputs you provide. Actual system cost, generation, savings, and subsidy amount depend on factors we can only confirm after a site survey, including your roof orientation, shading, local DISCOM tariff, and government policy at the time of installation. A quote does not become binding until confirmed in writing after a site visit.

3. Government subsidy

We assist with subsidy applications (such as under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana) as a service to you, but subsidy eligibility, amount, and disbursement timelines are determined entirely by the relevant government authority and your DISCOM, and are outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific subsidy amount or approval timeline.

4. Your account

Access to certain parts of the Services requires an account verified by a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account and OTP access secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at info@terrarexenergy.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Loyalty & Partner referral programs

• Referral rewards (whether under the customer Loyalty program or the Gen Z/Channel Partner programs) are earned only once a referred customer's installation is completed and confirmed, and are paid at the reward rate in effect at the time of a valid, admin-verified referral.
• We reserve the right to review, adjust, or decline a referral reward where we reasonably believe it resulted from fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referral activity.
• Reward rates shown on the website may change at any time for new referrals; rewards already confirmed are not affected by a later rate change.
• Payouts are made by direct bank transfer to the bank account and IFSC code you provide, and require accurate details — we are not responsible for a failed or delayed transfer caused by incorrect account information you supplied.
• Participation in these programs does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Terra Rex Energy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information when requesting a quote, registering an account, or claiming a referral;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the Terra Rex Energy name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Terra Rex Energy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra Rex Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Services, or from estimates, projections, or third-party subsidy/financing decisions referenced on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including in respect of installed equipment covered by its own written warranty terms provided at the time of sale.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
